Each domain hosted on our servers has a login that can be used for its control panel (cpanel) and ftp. The login is always the same for both cpanel and ftp. The password is encrypted and stored on the server, so we can't tell you what it is, but it can be reset.
If you don't have a reseller account (WHM), please open a help ticket and ask us to reset the password for you.
If you do have a reseller account, here's how to reset the password for any domain except your reseller domain (the one with WHM access):
1. Login to http://yourdomain.com/whm, putting your reseller domain name in the place of yourdomain.com. The login is the same as the cpanel and ftp login for that domain. If you don't know it you'll have to open a help ticket and ask us to reset it for you.
2. Click on List Accounts.
3. To the left of the domain that you need to change a password for, click the + sign.
4. In the box that opens up type in a new password. NOTE: This password needs to be different than the one used for your reseller domain (the one with WHM access) or else some cpanel features will not work for this domain.
5. Click the Change button to the right of the new password.
